Yune Ho is born from the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi: beauty in imperfect perfection. Though not precisely definable, the concept is based on in-the-moment appreciation of experience, circumstance, and materiality. Yune Ho’s unique tailoring, proportion, fit, and construction provides the materiality, the multitude of life experiences provides the circumstance, and the combination of the two provides the experience. Our clothes are intended to be worn differently by different individuals; they are meant to be a conduit to express the wearer’s many moods: playfulness, melancholy, seriousness, and joy. Our aim is to create a product greater than the sum of its parts and imperfectly perfect for life.
